HOME
Must I be at home when you clean my house?
While most clients like to be present for the initial cleaning to provide guidelines to our maids; you certainly don't have to be there. Alarm systems can either be left off or you can give us entry/exit codes. Some clients leave us a key in a safe place each visit.
STAFF
Our staff is fully trained, insured, bonded and all come with years of cleaning experience prior to working at Atlas Cleaning Services. We do assign the same crew to your home without you having to request them. If you prefer a different crew, we will be happy to accomodate your request. Our maids are highly professional and trustworthy; you can feel safe with us.
KEYS
How do you protect my keys?
If you choose for us to hold your key(s) it is secured in a lock storage box and the manager must be present for access. The key is issued to the team leader on the day of your clean. The team leader returns the key at the end of the day and management returns it to the secured container. All keys are organized in an numeric system and have no connection to your information or address. If you prefer not to leave your keys, special accommodations can always be made.
SUPPLIES
Do the maids come with their own supplies and do I need to provide equipment?
We supply basic equipment such as mops, wipes, cleaning solutions and vacuum cleaners. If you prefer for us to use your products and equipment, simply let our staff know while placing your order.
PAYMENT
How do I pay for services?
We only accept cash and checks at this time. Please make check payable to "Atlas Cleaning Services".
PETS
I have pets. Is that OK?
Yes. For safety reasons, please keep any dogs in a different room or securely away from any of the staff while cleaning.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Do you offer gift certificates?
We have gift certificates available for any occassion, New Years, Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Easter, Fathers Day, Birthdays, Christmas. Also for corporate bonuses to employees.
CANCEL NOTICE
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We kindly ask for a 36 hour cancellation or rescheduling notice to avoid a $20 fee per person .
